Custom Cutting

We like to dry age your beef for a minimum of 21 days to assist with providing you a high quality product. This date can be adjusted to your liking within reason.

Once it is ready, we call contact you to get your own specific cutting instructions. Sizes, cuts and extras such as fresh sausages, smoked sausages, bacon, hams or burger patties are to your preference.

Retail Services

Hilltop Meats also provides for some retail items. We typically offer beef and pork products. We also have the capability of sourcing whole or half Beef or Pork for customers. We can offer a custom cut product. These items are carefully selected and are not kept in stock, but are by order only.
