What we do

 

Hilltop Meats is a licensed government approved meat processing facility. We currently do custom cutting for your beef, pork, sheep or bison.

 

Hilltop Meats has recently opened a retail store at 59 Main Street South in Carman, MB. We currently carry our own frozen meat, such as Beef, Pork and Lamb. We also carry products from Chilly Moose, Nature's Farm, Cove & Creek, Black Earth Grills, RAC Farms, Stone City Coffee and Brad Dunn. Our newest vendor is Prairie Oils and Vinegars! Retail items vary and not always in stock. Interested in buying a half or whole beef or pork? We can also make that happen! All our meat is locally raised by friends, family and trusted producers in their industry. We stand by the quality of our product.

Why we do it

 

We decided to take on this endeavor because we feel it is important for producers to get exactly what they want from the hard work that they have put into their livestock. We also feel it is important to have this done locally. We are very proud to be able to provide a gluten and allergen free options for your processing as well.

We love to support local, whether it be a local farmer for their livestock or a local artisan or entrepreneur. We are try to maintain a selection of local, quality food related items in our store.
