FACILITY
Construction on this first class government inspected facility started in March of 2013.
A rail system throughout the shop has been installed to avoid any heavy lifting. Proper vapour barriers and cooling systems were installed in meet code. There is no visible wood construction, everything is either plastic, PVC or stainless steel, everything was designed to provide the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation.
Hilltop Meats will make arrangements to have the animal slaughtered and inspected at another facility, then released to Hilltop Meats to complete the aging and cut and wrap process.

Shop Exterior
The shop is located at the south end of the machine shop. Completely separated from it on the inside.

Cut/Wrap Area
This area hosts all our cutting equipment and wrapping needs.
Temperature Controlled Coolers
Our coolers are able to hold your beef, pork, etc in halves or quarters during the aging process.
