Lamb  - We process lamb to your specification.

Pork  - quality pork is moist, tender, has better flavour and melts in your mouth.

Wild Game - Specializing in processing your wild game, cut and wrap to your specifications.

HILLTOP MEATS can assist for on-farm slaughter where they will travel to the farmer's yard, where they will euthanize the animal on site, prepare the carcass and take it back to their facility to process. Arrangements can also be made to have the animal slaughtered and inspected abattoir, then released to Hilltop Meats to complete the ageing cutting and wrap process. For those farmers who have and injured animal, not fit for transport, we can euthenize & harvest the meat and offer all the same services.
