While Christie was looking for something new and exciting to call her own, Christie's brother, Ryan Cummer, approached her with this incredible opportunity.
Trained at NAIT (Nothern Alberta Institute of Technology) in the Professional Meat Cutting and Merchandising Certificate Program,
Ryan has worked as meat cutter at the Carman Co-op and is going to be the main butcher to help Christie pursue this new opportunity.
Christie has spent the last 13 years working at the RM of Ritchot, with the last 9 years as the Assistant CAO.
With Ryan's meat expertise and Christie's business skills, we are expecting great success in this endeavor.
